E. Lytle – Founder and President/CEO –
Mr. Lytle founded The Lytle Group in 1980 to provide integrated
management consulting assistance to organizations, businesses,
and government agencies. The Lytle Group was built on the
foundation of providing consulting services that provide tangible
evidence of this philosophy. He has been successful in helping
clients make optimal use of resources that recognize strategic
objectives and operating realities. As president, Mr. Lytle
is responsible for the overall direction and administration
of the company. Mr. Lytle is a graduate of Pennsylvania State
University.

D. Anderson, SPHR – Vice President of Consulting
Services – Mr. Anderson is an expert in the areas of
compensation analysis and design, training and organization
development, proactive employee relations, employee involvement,
professional staffing and total quality management. Mr. Anderson
holds a Master of Art Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations,
a Bachelor of Science Degree in Office Administration and
a Bachelor of Art Degree in Psychology from Indiana University
of Pennsylvania. Mr. Anderson currently is an adjunct faculty
member in the Graduate School of Human Resource Management
& Industrial Relations at Saint Francis University.

W. Stuttard - Director of Business Development/Marketing
- Mr. Stuttard’s position within The Lytle Group is
two-fold. His primary focus is Business Development for the
various disciplines within The Lytle Group. In addition, Mr.
Stuttard is also the Director of Marketing and provides marketing
consultation for external clients. Mr. Stuttard brings expertise
in the fields of image awareness and development, marketing,
corporate identity pieces, and sponsorship and event management/development.
He holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of
Pittsburgh with concentrations in Administration and Marketing.

Steinbrunner – Director of Public Sector Consulting
– Ms. Steinbrunner has 30 years of experience working
with local and statewide public sector & not-for-profit
organizations, with special expertise in the areas of mental
health, mental retardation and drug and alcohol services and
supports. Ms. Steinbrunner offers consulting services in the
area of organizational planning, business development, and
grant application preparation. Ms. Steinbrunner is a graduate
of Clarion University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in
English and a Minor in Psychology.

Ms. Scalzi brings expertise to the area of marketing consulting
