On January 5, 2004, Your HR Department ™ and Your Marketing Department ™ will be initiated. For more than 20 years, The Lytle Group has provided the Blair County area with intensive management consulting services across a broad range of business areas. Throughout that time, we have identified an increasing need for complete HR and Marketing outsourcing in many of our clients. The development of Your HR Department ™ and Your Marketing Department ™ is a direct response to those needs.

In each business concept, the initial step is an assessment of current status and priorities. This will then be closely followed by a comprehensive plan of tangible solutions customized to the individual client needs.
